COVID-19 quick facts

During the workshops, there will be a good chance there will be more people auditioning than spots available in the ensemble. We want to make sure you are informed of the workshop process, to keep your mind at ease, so you can fully enjoy the educational experience being offered and concentrate on your audition. Attend the workshops and enjoy your time! Come prepared with a positive attitude, meet new people, and take in as much information as you can during the workshops.

The Royal Cavaliers Performing Arts will follow the COVID-19 Safety Guidelines that are established by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and Local Government. ALL participants will record their temperature online prior to arriving to rehearsals, cover their face and mouth and maintain the social distancing when possible. The organization will provide disinfecting solutions at all times for participants to clean their instruments and any other equipment that they come in contact with. If ANY participant shows any of the symptoms, they will NOT be able to attend rehearsal. The participant will not return until they have been tested for COVID19 and test results are negative.

If the COVID-19 Safety Guidelines that are established by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and Local Government restricts traveling outside of California, the ensemble will compete within the region. The Member Fees will be as listed below:

non-COMPETITION SEASON

If the pandemic prevents the 2020-2021 season from commencing, the organization will offer a Royal Cavaliers Master Class Series online that will include Teaching in Pageantry, Music Composition, Drill Writing “101”, Winds, Percussion, Color Guard, Movement & Choreography, Visual, and Leadership.

The Workshop Registration Fee that was previously paid will be applied to your Master Class Series Tuition. The master class series will consist of six (6) one-hour weekly or bi-monthly sessions.

We will offer monthly workshops if the guidelines and facilities are accommodating. The cost for the workshop (TBD) will cover the Educational Staff and the facility usage.
